Sandi Lilly-Valentine is a freelance writer and mother residing in West Virginia. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, with a focus in education, and has several years experience writing for both professional and academic markets. She worked outside the home for five years in a variety of psychiatric settings, but began contemplating the idea of working from home in 2006 after her first child was born.

She began writing in 2007 as a means to stay home with her children while enjoying a career she loves. She currently works full time from home, while homeschooling her two children.
